All of our security professionals have either civilian law enforcement experience, extensive security experience, or a military background. We conduct a thorough background investigation on every employee before they are hired. Our background investigation includes an FBI and state fingerprint based record search, credit check, drug test, and professional/personal reference verification.
Midwest Protection Agency has designed a comprehensive training program to fully prepare our security officers for any scenario. Our training program consists of classroom and field training. Subject matters include: professional conduct, legal issues, use of force, report writing, and customer service. Our training course is rigorous, and we only accept those whom we feel will represent our clients well. Our course is approved by the State of Minnesota Private Detective and Protective Agent Services Board.
